Our modern and functional villa, just a stone's throw from the quietest stretch of Ngaparou beach, is an island of calm and greenery, serenaded by birdsong and the murmur of the ocean. No superfluous grandeur, but careful attention to every detail to give you a truly unique experience. In keeping with our commitment to offering peace and discretion, the property is not suited to children under 12. Pets are not allowed.

Each of the 5 rooms and the ground-floor independent suite features a generous space and a large bathroom.
Standard Room
Our 3 standard rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. One is located on the garden level, the other two on the upper floor. Each has its own large private bathroom.
Superior Room
Our 2 superior rooms are on the upper floor, each with a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden, and featuring their own large private bathroom.
Bungalow Suite
Independent ground-floor suite with equipped kitchen and private terrace. An autonomous space ideal for a fully private stay, with a spacious bathroom and exclusive décor.

Yes, breakfast — prepared with fresh, local produce — is included with all our rooms. It is served every morning by the poolside.
The independent suite-bungalow is the only accommodation that includes a fully equipped kitchen, making it the only option for cooking or receiving meal deliveries. For guests in our other rooms, the Villa is within walking distance of numerous restaurants for lunch and dinner.
A 30% deposit will be required to secure your reservation. This deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs up to 2 months before the start of your stay. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the villa.
Our property is situated in the most residential and peaceful neighbourhood of Ngaparou, less than a minute's walk from the beach, and within immediate reach of local shops (including Saly Center).
Yes, the villa is just 40 minutes from the airport. Upon request, we can arrange and provide your transfer to or from the airport in a private vehicle.
We accept cash, payments via the Wave app, Orange Money, or bank transfer.
Yes, we offer exclusive hire of the entire Villa. The rate is 600,000 FCFA per day. This includes on-site staff: a 24/7 security guard and 4 staff members for housekeeping and service from 8am to 6pm. An optional cook or an extended service until 10pm can also be arranged upon request.
On your day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11am at the latest. We can, however, keep your luggage safely on the premises until you are ready to leave the villa.

Just 40 minutes separate our property from the airport. We provide on-request private transfers to and from the airport.

Just 1h30 by motorway, Dakar is easily accessible from the Villa for a day trip, whether for a business meeting or a visit to Senegal's vibrant capital.
